This position requires expertise in the area of Accounts receivable deductions.
The ability to develop daily and weekly strategic goals and techniques to resolve a high volume of deductions accurately to achieve monthly AOP targets is necessary.
Responsibilities include:
Managing accounts receivable portfolio to reduce open balance by identifying resources
Analyzing documentation
Conducting research (AR/inventory)
Collaborating with internal and external business partners, and validating information
Requirements:
Education: Requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field preferable acquired through a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business management.
Experience: 1+ year accounts receivable experience required; 1+ year validating deductions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; including Excel, generating spreadsheets, and word processing skills, SAP knowledge preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; support a good communication and team atmosphere among departments.
Special Skills: Highly analytical, must work well in a team environment and be highly organized and detail oriented.
