The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and providing an exceptional experience to candidates during their journey for a new career. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Our candidate experience team is responsible for facilitating several business practices to ensure the success of the talent acquisition lifecycle to include interview scheduling, document collection, candidate communication, and some onboarding support. Successful candidate experience team member should be able to engage recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders through various stages of the lifecycle by creating a consistent and exceptional experience.
• Schedules external candidate interviews with hiring leaders • Manages movement of associated Workday inbox and tasks to ensure appropriate candidate movement through talent lifecycle • Facilitates collection of interview feedback for all candidates • Follows up with recruiters to ensure candidates are contacted in alignment with our commitments • Follows up with candidates throughout to ensure appropriate our communication matches our candidate commitments • Initiates relocation requests • Coordinates candidate travel • Manages candidate expense reimbursement for travel • Initiates onboarding and provides general status updates.
• Ability to interact with senior level team members • Ability to follow set policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance aligned to the Talent Acquisition process • Ability to lead candidates and hiring managers through Talent Acquisition processes in detail • Strength in coordination of talent acquisition process and onboarding activities • Organized with strong communication skills • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving
Interacts with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements. Sources, screens and interviews applicants in line with requirements and ensures that the reference checking process is completed. Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams. Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools. Coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers.
