Marketing Project Manager

Duration: 9 months Contract to HIre
Location: Round Rock, TX

Builds demand generation plan for all products within a segment. Utilizes knowledge of all product lines within a segment to create and manage product launch and transition plans. Manages product demand plan throughout entire product and customer lifecycle. Manages demand plan to prevent excess lead times as well as shortage/excess production levels. Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives. Analyzes gaps to plan and evaluates impact to financial targets. 

Responsibilities: 
• Manage day-to-day project delivery while tracking scope changes, project status, etc • Handle all client communications serving as the single point of contact • Vet creative brief with the client to ensure project scope, deliverables and associated tasks are clear before briefing the team • Set project scope • Set client and team expectations • Initiate and manage team Q&A • Communicate project schedules and track changes • Develop and maintain great client relationships • Capture feedback from client and share with the team • Manage the project handover process and work with downstream teams on ensuring appropriate files and information is transferred 
In-depth disciplinary knowledge; leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise In-depth understanding of company goals, customer requirements and knowledge of competitor practices 

Requirements: 
• 5-7 years project management experience at a creative / ad agency 
• Detail and process-oriented with experience managing both online and offline creative development and execution 
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using various tools (e.g. Basecamp, Box, Harvest, etc) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Highly proficient at managing multiple assignments at one time with demanding deadlines 
• Professional, quick-thinking, personable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment 
• Solution-oriented and enjoys seeking new and innovative ways to tackle challenges
