Customer Service/ Order Specialist III

We have Job Opportunity for Customer Service/Order Specialist at Plano, TX with direct client. Please go through Detailed Job description below. 
Duration: 12 months. Contract only    
Here is a brief Job description:
SAP is Must
·         Manages accounts 
·         Cultivate and foster positive relationship with customer via constant communication. 
·         Escalation – decision to be made if required 
·         Data on PO incorrect 
·         Contacting internally and externally to resolve 
·         Follow-up ongoing 
·         Using checklist to ensure accurate processing 
·         Understand audit process to ensure accurate processing 
·         Setup new customers 
·         Understanding of process through organization to complete setup. 
·         Daily management of PO inbox and ZORD system. 
·         Daily management of quotes RE’d. 
·         Daily review/manage order and item blocks within SAP. 
·         Respond to customer emails (internal and external) within 24 hour period to ensure customer satisfaction 
·         Managing credit card customers. (see below for details) 
·         Managing the ES Sample Order process 
·         Knowledgeable of SAP 
·         Understand material availability 
·         Analyze accounts where do they fall among other orders 
·         Escalate, negotiate, follow-up 
·         Analyze backlog consistently throughout the week to ensure financial, OTD metrics and Customer Satisfaction is met. 
·         Knowledgeable of customer’s PO systems 
·         Understand how they link with GE SAP 
·         Issues analyzed to resolve with internal and external teams 
·         Examples of customer systems: New Horizons, iSupplier, JP Morgan, Ariba, etc. 
·         Transfer of information between multiple portals, i.e. Lineage Power Mexico. 
·         Knowledgeable of internal teams outside of customer service 
·         Assist in resolving issues or concerns with system, product, material, shipping, returns 
·         Understand Supply Chain regarding 3rd Party. 
·         Understand roles and responsibilities of all personnel to better able to resolve daily issues. 
·         Understand process of NPI and how it impacts the order. 
·         Work with Factory and Product Management 
·         Includes follow-up consistently to ensure the least amount of delay in shipping customer order.
·         Understanding each individual communication channel within the organization 
·         Knowing audience to communicate effectively to internal teams and customer.
