Project Manager

Location: Gainesville FL
 Duration: 6 Months

Assignment Scope 
 Lead new product development projects in the medical device industry 
 Hardware development, electrical and mechanical engineering 
 Supplier interaction 
 Product Design for Reliability 
 
 Responsibilities 
 Lead the teams to delivery project results per customer requirements 
 Collaborate with Program Management on project chartering and business case compilation 
 Mobilize and lead people, manage resources and budget to deliver on business targets 
 Establish solid communication to global stakeholders for a maximum of transparency 
 Guide teams in decomposing complex work items to enable Agile project team backlogs
 Prioritize team backlog in collaboration with program management 
 Deploy metric based project tracking 
 Coach product development teams to high performance

 • Current Project Management Certification - Agile and Waterfall (PMI, SAFe, CSPO, etc) 
 • Hands-on experience using Agile Lifecycle Management (ALMs) Tools 
 • Ideally brings a understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA QS Regulation 21 CFR Part 820
