Creation & maintenance of customer orders, committing to deliveries based on product availability, maintaining accurate delivery dates
• Distribute customer order confirmations
• Manage adequate inventory levels for customer vendor managed inventory programs (Nocturne)
• Continuity of supply in OEM, commercial, and hospital demand channels
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Outstanding cross-functional customer service skills are required
• Demonstrated expertise with data analysis, trending, and attention to numeric details
• High user level experience in Outlook eMail, Excel, Word
• SAP data entry experience a must
• Participate as a key team member to consistently achieve improvements to on-time delivery performance
• Provide report generation for use in management decision-making
• Perform other duties as assigned
