Job Title – Change Management Consultant

Length – Contract (3+ Months)
Your responsibilities
The three core areas of responsibility include;
1) create and execute the integrated change mgt approach at program level,
2) collaborate with the deployment teams and other programs to activate the changes in the local teams, and
3) develop the change mgt competency in the program- and local teams.
Activities include:
• Creating the integrated change mgt approach including strategy, planning and roles & responsibilities;
• Make use of the Philips Change Management methodology to create change deliverables and drive change at program level. Deliverables include:
§ Change mgt plan aligned with project plan (business case, scope, timeline, resources)
§ Stakeholder analyses
§ Change story and re-usable content for local activation
§ Change impact assessment to identify impacts, gaps, risks and mitigation actions
§ Organizational assessment and change adoption surveys
§ Leadership action plan to align key leaders
§ Change champion network
§ Adoption KPIs and measurement approach
• Work closely together with the BPEs, Program- Comms- and Deployment Mgrs to support the local teams, as well as with the Change Mgrs or Program Mgrs from other programs impacted by EU-MDR;
• Drive the change materials as part of the change and comms toolkit to equip markets and businesses;
• Facilitate & support the global and local teams in understanding and applying the change methodology;
• Co-ordination with local teams to ensure deployment of EU MDR KPI’s
• Participate in global change mgt community by sharing best practices and facilitating change training.

Bachelors/Masters or Higher or a combination of education and experience in role.
An expert in the practice of helping organizations to improve their performance, operates primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and the development of plans for improvement.
Has an engineering, technical or business bachelors degree and master degree or MBA and extensive experience in the field.
Has exposure to and relationships with numerous organizations, consulting firms and knowledge of industry & best practices.
Experience may include organizational change management, development of coaching skills, business, process and data analysis, technology implementation, strategy development and operational improvement.
Management consultants May have its own methodologies or frameworks to guide the identification of problems and to serve as the basis for recommendations for more effective or efficient ways of performance.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
