Experience: 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization. Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.
With this roll it is important to have an eye for detail. We are a medical device company that works closely with our sales team and field service engineers.
Great customer service is our main focus, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills.
Day to day task include but are not limited to:
Answering Phones (hotline environment)
Monitoring work que in salesforce
Working in a functional email account with team members to answer customer inquiries
Create repots with excel
Reviewing documentation for accuracy
Attaching documents to work order
Request parts shipment
