This position is located onsite. Hours: flexible meaning 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm - Fridays work from home. Short term assignment with the possibility to extend but not guaranteed.
Data entry candidate who will assist with additional work. Individual will be entering hire data (location, type, degree, hiring leader, start data name, etc.) into proprietary system (similar to Excel). Tracking hire data.
May coordinate and prepare schedule for team/unit May maintain unit calendars of vacations and training May provide administrative support to leadership level team members May assist in providing assignments of office space and facilitate expansions as well as office moves May performs on-site assignments for corporate and on-site human resources efforts to include setting up meetings, and aiding in activities to meet employee and corporate needs Works with corporate Administrators to ensure up-to-date electronic email distributions and coordinates calendars and rooms for events May identify and resolve problems as well as issues relating to office or corporate activities through personal interventions Guides employees to appropriate resolution resources or escalates issues as necessary Answers office phone, handles mail distribution, and coordinates external visits associated with on-site resources May assist in financial related activities related to office functions (e.g., invoicing, purchase orders, etc.) May coordinate and manage site events related to ongoing projects or corporate visits
Greets, logs and directs visitors Answers and routes incoming calls and/or escalates when necessary Ensures visitors are appropriately signed in, badged and escorted as per Dell policy and procedures Accepts and tracks packages Answers and routes incoming calls Provides direction and answers questions from visitors and team members as needed Acts as a building information liaison/coordinator
Must Haves: Data entry experience, detail oriented and patient.
