1.This role is part of a Digital Marketing Communications team that is global: Seattle and Amsterdam. It is focused on helping improve mobile user retention for the Philips Sonicare App
2. Has strong experience developing and managing end-to-end social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and editorial content planning to drive marketing objectives (awareness, revenue, retention)
3. The candidate is an effective communicator and can efficiently story tell with with Powerpoint. Can take high-level direction and develop content for review and sign off in crunched timelines.
4. Is a seasoned team player who can influence others to drive his/her team’s objectives, can lead and pro-actively self-manage, savvy about latest mobile and social media trends.

Your Role & Impact:
The Health & Wellness (H&W) business group is looking for an experienced Mobile Engagement Marketer to lead lifecycle marketing to manage and execute in-app digital marketing programs to nurture and build amazing brand experiences that enhance value and healthy outcomes for our addressable user/install base.
In this role you will assist in developing and executing digital strategies, consumer-facing programs that deliver against our adoption, engagement, and retention goals. You will be joining a small but mighty and nimble team that is tasked with creating delightful digital experiences for consumers across the globe. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with (1) Marketing, which will provide overall product and platform strategy, (2) Communications to develop content and activate globally, (3) Digital Channel Managers (e.g. email manager, social media manager) to optimize the use of each digital channel for campaign efforts and (4) functional teams like Creative (e.g. writers, designers) and Digital Program to deliver on roadmap plans and digital marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Programs & Communications Management:
Develop and implement mobile marketing strategies and programs to nurture (engagement) and grow (acquisition) the addressable install base of Sonicare app.
Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (agency briefing to recap): including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
Build tailored, inspiring, and concise communications to influence decisions from broad stakeholder audiences.
Manage vendors who support digital projects, such as creative agencies and web production firms.
Partner with product and technology teams to build a roadmap and execute projects that lead to increased engagement from active customers as well as lapsed customers. This will also include managing Sonicare Connected Platform mobile marketing technology stack to enable marketing capabilities.
Curate high quality digital content to maximize opportunities to engage, acquire and retain customers; educate customers on our products, services, and thought leadership platforms.
Partners closely with global digital teams and markets, in-house and external content writers to plan and execute OHC Connected Platform annual in-app content marketing calendar.
Partner closely with in-house content writer to develop content in the Philips brand tone and voice for our Sonicare apps (kids and adults). This includes new app features, interactions and UI, on-boarding, product guides, emails, help articles, etc
Generate insights and recommendations based on data to improve our digital presence and strategies. Develop monthly reports on emerging mobile engagement and social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
Partner closely with Product Research team to identify, plan, and execute in-app A/B tests.
Perform other marketing management duties as assigned: Budgeting Planning & Reporting, Content Editing, UX Prototyping etc.
5 years of experience in digital marketing leadership, preferably directing mobile app and social media marketing and campaigns, e-commerce strategy.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in overseeing agency partners in development and execution of campaigns and experience with CRM automation, marketing automation platforms (email and push), CMS tools.
Possess outstanding people written and verbal skills with the ability communicate digital marketing strategy effectively to stakeholders and across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders globally (US, Netherlands, UK etc.) to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrate true team player spirit, a strong work ethic, can do attitude, and a genuine awareness & concern for the hardworking team members
Partner with SMEs to thoughtfully develop and optimize content elements based on usability, intuitiveness, consistency, business metrics, data analytics, and time to market
Self-driven entrepreneurial and data driven mindset with excellent communication skills and ability to craft engaging copy. Editorially minded creative thinker.
Education: Bachelor's /Master's degree or equivalent.
