General site description: Leased space in Arlington Va, consisting of 2 floors. Space can hold up to 200 employees. Space is general office space with multiple conference/video rooms.
***Facilities experience is a plus, Facilities Coordinator experience is a huge plus. Construction facilities experience (IE project coordination) is generally a good fit.***
Job Specific Tasks
• Space planning for new hires, moves, terms.
• Flex (Hotel) space management
• Space audits and reporting (monthly) to include vacant/common space.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with outside suppliers.
• Work with buildings property management for maintenance, cleaning, outages.
• Significant work with Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint for monthly reporting/metrics and administrative duties.
• Work with employees to coordinate ergonomic issues.
• Coordinate Emergency Response Team processes.
• Assist with furniture audits and repairs.
• Provide backup services to front desk and mailroom operations.
• Police common space to ensure REF standards.
