Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Duration: 6+months with possible extension

Skills and Experience
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Management and ownership of the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through identification, interviewing, selection, offer presentation, negotiation and close
Lead the development and execution of an effective sourcing strategy
Hands-on experience with web-based applicant tracking and candidate sourcing tools
Maintains current applicant tracking documentation through each phase of the recruitment process.
Assess candidates and generate a pipeline for a variety of concurrent searches using a diverse set of sourcing tools and techniques that attract top talent
Design business reports to capture key staffing metrics for internal clients
Solve complex issues independently
Establishes close and trusting client relationships by: educating the client and providing advice on market trends, acting as a consultant throughout the hiring process and providing meaningful feedback to assist in the final selection process. Interacts and consults independently with senior management.
Lead client initiatives pertaining to recruiting
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Experience: minimum 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, SAP, data mining techniques, and strong scouring capabilities preferred.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
