P2P Opps Manager

After 3 months in the role you may have the ability to work from home one day a week. 
Key Responsibilities:
Management, coaching and training of the US P2P operations group (4~6 people)
Partner with third party in the delivery of procure to pay services
Manage daily operations through oversight of analytics and metrics
Ability to understand complex ERP related payment issues and develop solutions
Lead the development/update of P2P related policy and procedure
Lead monthly close process for P2P
Identify and/or implement process changes to improve the overall efficiency/effectiveness of the Procure to Pay sub-processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
CPA preferred
3+ years experience in public accounting preferred
Experience managing P2P operations a plus
Ability to drive performance improvement across a teams
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to build strong relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and management skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities at one tim
