Title: Customer Service Rep II
Location: Pittsburgh, PA.
Duration: 8-9 Months (Until end of the year)
Shift: 8:30 am to 05:00 pm / 09:30 am to 06:00 pm (1st Shift)
· Daily duties will consist of providing product information, promoting new product, and documenting interactions with end users of medical devices and accessories.
· Communication will occur by phone, email, and live chat.
· Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
· First point of customer contact for general inquiries like product information.
· Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
· 1-5 years of experience in customer service, marketing promotions, or sales.
· High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.
