Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Location: Broomfield CO, 80021
Hours: 8am -7pm will be working with Pacific coast clients
Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships as you will be working on the portfolio conversion team.
Answer customer telephone inquiries service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to technical/service areas.
Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Looking for a very organized person and also multitasked individual. Strong verbal communication skills.
Must have strong experience and using Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. Will be entering accurate ten-key calculations and data entry.
Must have customer service experience and be dependable for the company.
