Technical Customer Support

Duration: Till end of September
Location: Bentonville, AR 72712

Work schedule: They are for 2nd and 3rd shift hours. 
One for 3rd for sure, midnight-8:30am, 
the other probably a hybrid of 2nd and 3rd around 8p-4:30am. 
Project ends September 28th so the sooner they start the more they will work. 

Work schedule: Be available to work Sunday – Thursday nights. 
Cushion for overtime? 25% 

Overview: 
Contractor would have to work with others in a fast paced environment to accurately convert retail stores from one wireless infrastructure to another while working with various cabler companies for a 20 week project ramp up. This will involve following detailed instructions, configuring troubleshooting both wireless and wired devices, including wireless APs network switches, routers, noting work performed in multiple logs, retaining the status of multiple stores within a process at the same time all the while being professional. Will also have to resolve problems with customers via telephone, email, tickets or chat sessions using technical product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: 
Contractor will work with others to ensure that sites will be cutover on schedule. Duties will include working on multiple sites at a time through communications with install techs and/or their help desk to bring APs online which will include troubleshooting network switches, routers, cables, APs, updating AP firmware, must keep track of progress of all sites and provide progress updates, will also have to provide and hand off report of all sites status to the following shift.. 

Have a bachelor’s degree or 2 or more years’ experience in a help desk environment or similar rollout experience. 
Needs to be technical, understand network basics, be able to troubleshoot networks, knowledge and experience configuring network switches and routers, have experience with roll-out projects, use a ticketing system (preferable ServiceNow and/or SalesForce), be able to make and take phone calls, be detailed orientated, motivated, be able to work under stress and in a fast paced environment
