Location: Hayward, CA 94545
The sales support provides high quality sales support, sales aids, and marketing deliverables to Building Performance & Sustainability internal and external stakeholders, clients and associates. Some responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Strong people skills and the ability to multi-task
Supports in the Pre-Sales customer sales support related to presentations, training, trade shows, meetings, field sales support and proposals.
Assist with date entry and clean-up of CRM database
Trade show presentations, internal meeting preparations, etc.
Support in initiating sales orders/ purchase orders to vendors
Vendor administration, including coordination with Procurement re: vendor on-boarding
Assist with booking of customer orders, revision to orders
Inventory, ordering, distribution of marketing materials
Tracking and monitoring of business partner accounts and trade memberships
Budgeting and tracking of expenses for trade shows, events, internal/external meetings
Preferred knowledge of SAP
