Position: Email Marketing Specialist
Location : Alpharetta-GA
Duration : 12+ months with possible extension
Program Services works within the marketing automation platform, lead routing system and connections between CRM systems content
and processes. Works closely with program managers to design and build campaign landing pages, e-mails and setup automated
nurturing programs. Maintains the marketing database ensuring clean data, data segmentation according to digital strategies
recommendations and to maintain healthy list growth
Provides services to support the execution of campaigns such as creating digital assets, landing pages, e-mail templates, web-forms, .
Works with external agencies to outsource campaign asset development. Submits and manages campaign tracking requests. Works with
global counterparts to troubleshoot technical systems, maintain user accounts and access. Documents, develops and delivers training and
enablement to internal stakeholders on demand generation processes.
ƒ Develop and execute timely email marketing campaigns: one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic-content driven
ƒ Leverage marketing automation tools to track marketing campaign ROI
ƒ Understanding the technical platforms on which digital marketing campaigns are built, automated and executed; deliverability
testing & monitoring, and results reporting.
ƒ Provide support in creation of digital marketing assets (ex/html emails, landing pages, forms)
ƒ Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns: including set-up, targeting, data monitoring, scheduling, tracking, testing, QA,
ƒ Remain current on email best practices and knowledge of CAN-SPAM and other email-related guidelines and industry
ƒ Compile data from email database for analysis and reporting; and, convert into tables and charts using Excel and PowerPoint
ƒ Email list and database segmentation
ƒ Develop and maintain favorable relationships with customers and internal global stakeholders, ensuring their needs and goals
are consistently met.
ƒ Understand the role of marketing automation and how it works in combination with and supports the other marketing and sales
ƒ Assist in evaluation of new tools and best practices for digital marketing, including: plug-ins, cloud connections, apps etc
ƒ Administrate marketing automation platform enabling and training users as needed
ƒ Support other online initiatives as needed, such as SEO, SEM, web metrics and web content deployment
ƒ Experience managing and creating paid social campaigns on channels such as LinkedIn and Google AdWords
ƒ Assist in development and maintenance of integration between marketing and CRM tools.
ƒ Report key metrics of digital marketing campaigns
ƒ Email account maintenance, preference center maintenance
