Duration: 2 month contract
Handles telephone inquiries about status, shipping dates, rebate status, and standard pricing of products and/or services for all customers. Supports order tracking, price quoting, and scheduling. Responds to semi-complex complaints and disputes within reasonable limit of authority, and recognizes when to escalate customer issues. Supports customers with referral to appropriate specialist for technical support and/or problem resolution when warranted. Supports and enhances the sale of products through knowledge of promotional programs through outbound/inbound phone calls. Collects data on established and prospective customers and competitors. May generate revenue by selling products/services and solutions to assigned customers via outbound/inbound phone calls. May be responsible for assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction goals.
