Looking for a talented analog/mixed-signal design engineer who will contribute to the definition, design, verification and silicon validation of IC products in a well-established design team responsible for highly integrated power-management ICs in Wireless Charging applications.
Performance Objectives:
- Design and verification of low-power Op-amps, low noise references, high-performance amplifiers, and analog circuits used in power supplies (LDOs and DCDC converters)
- Transistor level analog circuit design with CMOS, Bipolar and BiCMOS
- Custom digital circuit design for logic function, signal processing, and control
- Mixed-signal design verification of IC function blocks
- Chip-level design verification with advanced EDA tools and techniques
- Work with physical design engineers to layout circuits to minimize parasitics and noise
- Perform testing and validation of the fabricated IC products
- Develop product specification and application notes for IC products
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 10+ years hands-on experience related to analog/mixed-signal IC design
- Involved with all phases of IC design and simulation, layout, test, and evaluation
- Proficient with Cadence tools and AMS simulation techniques
- Experienced in circuit modeling for design verification
- Familiar with behavioral modeling with tools such as Simulink, MATLAB, and Verilog AMS
- Experienced and knowledgeable in I/O and ESD
- Software skill: VerilogA, Matlab/Simulink, Windows/Unix/Linux
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated, excellent team spirit, product and customer oriented, strong ownership and openness
- Experience and familiarity with IC tapeout at foundry is a plus
- Direct experience in Wireless Charging design is a plus
