Responsibilities: Verifying the accuracy and ensuring the timely processing of employee information in multiple systems and databases. Creating, modifying, verifying, and posting requisitions in the SuccessFactors applicant tracking system. Ensuring the timely and accurate notification of various internal parties of employee actions which have an effect on corporate compliance activities. Resolving moderately complex issues for both internal and external clients. Verifying and processing information related to training and tracking. Verifying and processing changes in positions and organizational structures. Auditing the accuracy of information provided including records, reports, payments and deductions. Utilizing software tools to develop ad hoc queries and reports from SAP. Advising clients related to general HR inquires including how to correctly complete and submit employee data change requests, position modifications, etc. Filing of both hard copy and electronic employee records. Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 + years of related customer service experience. Detail orientation in following established written procedures, balanced with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with high workload, completing multiple tasks with inflexible and rapidly changing deadlines and requirements. Excellent customer interface skills including effective telephone techniques, active listening and problem resolution skills. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with team members and clients/customers in a fashion that promotes positive customer relations and protects sensitive/confidential information. Demonstrated experience utilizing various PC-based tools to input and extract information, as well as the ability to run various reports and import/export data correctly from one tool to the next.
