Title: Invalid Deduction Analyst
Duration: 0-6 months contract
Location: Earth City, MO 63045
Job Description:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & Access
• Pursue deductions deemed invalid by working with the customer to resolve disputes. The Collector is to submit the necessary supporting documentation to ensure the customer has received what is needed to expedite repayment. Articulate clearly to ensure the customer has a clear understanding of the issue. Supporting documentation would include any required customer forms, invoice copies, check copies, POD's, BOL's, price lists, contracts, etc...
• Produce daily/weekly/period reports relating to invalid deductions as needed.
• Develop and maintain business/customer acumen to quickly identify and correct chronic issues within their portfolio. Provide top tier customer service to both the internal and external customer. The Collector is to communicate clearly and concisely while acting with a sense of urgency to maximize good will and minimize HSH exposure.
• Special projects as assigned including escheat, balance projections, customer scorecard, misc Trace and Vistex, etc
