OFD Portfolio Analyst

Job Title: OFD Portfolio Analyst /Lease Portfolio Analyst 
Duration: 12+ months with possible extension
Location: Belmont, CA
Key Responsibilities: 
Create and distribute monthly reports to various departments and regions within OFD. 
Review and interpret executed documents identifying any special EOT terms 
Administer EOT activities through the following sources: 3rd party funders, directly with customer, through internal OFD staff  
Coordinate EOT invoicing activity with internal OFD staff and 3rd party funders  
Follow-up on status of past due EOT invoices with appropriate parties 
Manage EOT Returns, to include the following: 
Work with internal contacts to receive requests for equipment return elections. 
Coordinate/manage return of assets to include the following: 
Any required documentation 
Ensure equipment shipped (or picked up) in a timely fashion 
Manage sale of equipment to appropriate party (including, if required, any invoicing and collection of payment). 
Manage Trade-In program activities to include: 
Daily management of alias mailbox 
Submit requests for valuation of assets to outside sources (3rd parties)
Work closely with internal OFD staff on upgrades (aka Migrations) of licenses, or replacement of hardware. 
If this results in a Refinance/Rollover transition of original obligations transactions Lease Portfolio Analyst would be responsible party to ensure proper handling of the event, including any future action items that may be required. 
Over-time develop comprehensive understating of license migrations, programs/hardware rollovers, cloud supersedes and how they impact the economics of existing transactions. 
Recommend a solution to these situations and work closely with internal OFD staff to ensure proper handling of such scenarios, including any future action items. 
Assist with recommendations to changes to existing system functionality, possibly introducing new functionality 
Develop and document test plans and scripts for above • Assist in the testing and roll-out of enhancements with appropriate internal staff 
Job Requirements: 
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a leasing environment, and ability to work well with multiple sources (both internal and external).
Previous job experience with contract review and interpretation 
Experience interacting with outside resources (in this case, our remarketers, external Oracle departments and existing OFD customers) 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
Must be detail oriented with excellent written and communication skills. 
Ability to work on multiple projects and take charge of issues and following through with resolutions  
Willingness to follow, yet challenge process and methods to better achieve goals
