Duration: 1 Month 
Revision of all mail merge commercial agreements, templates for use with
Standardization of template language, and formatting with expert experience in mail merge fields, Word formatting, approved disclaimers, footnotes, correct logos, and web links – consistent with direction provided from the business and compliance owners
Applying rebrand of organization with approved marcomm content, logos, headers/footers, fonts, etc. to all CFD’s
Using existing documents and applying approved standards to every commercial agreement.
Updating corporate name, contact information, detail and instructions as provided.
Create business form shells for future customization:
Master Agreement
Purchase and Sale Agreement
Utilization Agreement – Units
Utilization Agreement – Revenue
Letter of Intent
Memorandum of Understanding
Response to Request for Information; and Request for Quote

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred experience in or other CRM tools utilizing data base fields. 
Expert experience with Microsoft Office and the creation and administration of mail merge documents. 
Experience with Business and/or Legal commercial forms. 
Intermediate skills in MS Office and ability to type 50+ WPM. 
Good oral and written communication skills. 
Strong organization and prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 
Ability to use good judgment and make reasoned decisions under defined policies and procedures. 
Ability to work under minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.
