Title: Customer Service- Purchase Orders
Location: Andover MA
Duration: 7 Months Contract
Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Job Description:
· This position is responsible for customer Purchase Order integrity and timely communication with both internal and external customers, to resolve any order intake issues.
· Responsible for reviewing and maintaining an updated backlog as well as working with our factories and merge center for timely delivery of product on site for customer installation.
· Candidates should have experience with processing orders using an ERP and CRM systems, also providing prompt and accurate customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
· Open availability as business needs arise ie, overtime, month and quarter end and some weekends when applicable.
