Looking for 1 Customer Care Agent to support the customer care team.
Must have strong SAP and Excel experience
Summary of duties:
• Process quotes for RFQs
• Review and process Purchase Order
• Manage order handling, expediting, customer communications;
• Manage backlog and ensure purchasing has parts on order
• Generate open orders status report for customer orders fulfillment
• Expediting and escalation
• Strong in SAP for generating quotes and booking orders
Requirements:
3-5 years related experience
Strong SAP experience required
Excel – able to use pivot tables and write macros
High School diploma/GED
Ability to communicate using English Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and commitments
