: Key Responsibilities
· Provide project coordination assistance and support to team as needed; must be able to coordinate with Executive assistant - Handles administrative aspects and revisions of assigned programs/projects. Plans meetings. Performs other duties as assigned
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule appropriate meetings
· Serve as primary day-to-day contact/coordinator for assigned projects
· Provide coordination on a variety of projects
· Maintain project dashboards to provide clear and accurate visibility into project ownership, progress and next steps
· Assist in the editing of reports to ensure high-quality deliverables
· Work with management to maintain research work plans, coordinate team checkpoint meetings, and provide appropriate reminders and follow-ups

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-7 years Operational Coordinator/Project Coordinator experience
• Excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Internet, PowerPoint)
• Detail oriented
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Must be self-motivated
