 We are looking for an experienced, technologically savvy business analyst to join our team to help us deepen and strengthen our relationship with these key clients. We strongly believe in people who know and know how to help clients get things done with technology. You will have the opportunity to contribute by gaining a deep understanding of our product and technology, and by translating that knowledge into a continuous solutions roadmap with these clients through your own skills and experience as a technical business analyst. 
 Essential Functions 
 •Singular focus is on growing our clients’ portfolio by configuring the TSYS loyalty platform for standard and custom campaigns and programs, and working as part of a team to perform flawless project delivery 
 •Work with the Solutions Consultant and client to develop detailed project requirements and effectively communicate these to the other impacted teams; work directly with a variety of teams to include analysts, marketers, application developers, and database developers to formulate client solutions and plans in an iterative, continuous fashion 
 •Ability to participate in and support the lead Solutions Consultant in research, planning and execution of client requirements 
 •Work with system test analysts in order to develop the test cases and test plan from the requirements; assist in design, implement, and testing the loyalty program solutions 
 •Participate in support of client UAT, to include issue triage, prioritization, and resolution 
 •Process change requests and work with the team to see what impacts this has on the current sprint or where they would fit into the overall project

 •Have an eye for numbers and analytics, and relish the opportunity to dig in and determine what they are telling you, and then you like to take action 
 •Have both experience with client solutions consulting and/or loyalty and rewards program management experience (with a bank, financial services company, or travel or hospitality company) 
 •Have passion for and experience in helping to grow revenue and profitability in your client portfolio 
 •Aren’t afraid to engage with internal stakeholders in a substantive, consultative manner…not afraid to constructively “push back” for their good and for the good of TSYS 
 •Like to understand business drivers, initiative goals and plans in order to effectively document solutions 
 •Are able to deliver process flows, conceptual schematics, requirements documents 
 •Have the skills to analyze and develop file mapping specifications 
 •Understand a relational database schema at a detailed level, including ability to query data using SQL tool sets 
 •Understand software release management processes, tools, and dependencies 
 •Are proficient in understanding technology-based products and related decisions so as to effectively develop the technical specifications that will meet the client requirements 
 •Comfortable working with technology-based products and teams
