Project Management Specialist 2 (Non-Technical)


• Coordinate with Uptime Service and Field Service personnel regarding required training for update and upgrade installations. 
• Continuously review unused education funds to forward for productivity and revenue gain. 
• Add Point of Sale eLearning into customers PEP Connect account prior to turnover events. 
• Follow-up on all non-registered classroom customers 
• Order all workshop workbooks and ensure work request in respective tool is closed. 
• Provide timely response (within 24 hours) to internal and external customer communication and generate solutions for customer specific concerns. 
• Manage/participate in processes to maintain ISO requirements. 
• Ensure that training for product updates is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with FDA regulations. 

• Require impeccable internal/external customer service and organizational skills. 
• Ability to take on several tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately. 
• Require knowledge and familiarity of multiple applications such as SAP and Business Objects. 
• Communication skills 
• Familiarity with  product knowledge / product line offerings 
• Provide timely response to internal and external customer communication and generate solutions for customer-specific concerns. 
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 
• Strong operational or customer support background. Familiarity with SAP. Superior communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels within within customer organizations. 
• Ability to thrive as a member of a collaborative, cross-functional team. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional customer focus. Must have project implementation capabilities to track and execute plans on time. 

• Acts as functional or business practice support resource on project or program. Participates in continuous improvement activities. Independently performs important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly-defined issues. Refers semi-complex, unusual problems to others. Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly-defined problems. 
* BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of 
education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas. 
Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field of specialization and applies 
through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental 
concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
