Vendor Compliance Support Specialist
Analytical and Administrative support needed for supply chain operations. The goal is to reduce vendor fines by analysis of issues driving non-compliance and working with vendor compliance analyst to root cause, remedy and challenge charges, when necessary.
-Collaborate and communicate with relevant partners including: vendor compliance analyst, operations manager, customer operations specialists, customer contacts, and other internal partners
-Access internal database and customer portals to retrieve and research relevant information on policies and procedures. Also to enter information needed to provide clarification and/or dispute inaccuracies.
-Report findings in a structured way to key stakeholders using reporting tools including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree required
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical with strong attention to detail
Supply Chain knowledge a plus
Retail and Consumer Goods industry knowledge a plus
SAP a plus
