Experience: 3 years professional experience. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Certifications if applicable. Assist with preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial analysis schedules of actual vs. budget variances.  Prepare detailed annual financial budget and monthly financial forecasts.  Provide financial analysis support to various areas of the company. 
Job Description 
In this role, you have the opportunity to 
be the business partner to Customer Service team and financial analyst supporting the BU ( Business Unit ) operations function for Philips Therapeutic Care Group. You will be the first point of contact for analytical support, reporting, or insights to help achieve project goals and objectives. In this role, you will leverage your skills & experience in SAP, business modeling, financial process flows and data mining to provide counsel and meaningful insights to ensure financial reporting integrity and business process improvement. 
You are responsible to 
o Be the business partner and primary financial & analytical support for the Customer Service Programs; actively participate in the management of Billing, intercompany profit elimination, and resolve intercompany settlement issues. 
o Define, create, deliver effective analysis and insights on operations activities, and deliver that information to the business using the most effective means – including using the right business intelligence tools. 
o Identify opportunities for improvement. Works closely with management to inspect & improve process; identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate and drive continuous process improvement 
o Conduct and support Specialized analyses – customer and product line profitability, warranty claims, inventory analysis, and business case development 
o Develop and maintain key performance indicators, proactively monitoring and analyze results of activities, suggest alternative actions, identify opportunities for improvement and driving understanding across the business 
o Provide support for executive presentations and/or planning sessions 
o Support and manage the development and administration of actual to budget cost center performance. This includes annual, quarterly, & monthly expense planning & control, the creation of annual expense plans and spending variance analysis. 
o Manipulation and analysis of large data sets 
o Expertise in Business Intelligence tools 
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 
o College degree Finance /Accounting /Business and MBA preferred 
o 4 plus years of proven analyst experience with strong analytical background 
o Healthcare sector experience including knowledge of SAP Data Cubes, accounting process transaction flows, and analytical problem solving 
o Advanced Analytical and presentation skills Important criteria (mandatory technical experience, knowledge and/or certification) 
o Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint Important criteria
