Salary: $16/hr
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To coordinate project scheduling and administrative tasks
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct conflict checks for new assignments
· Verify acceptance of assignments and prompt notification of Investigator / Engineer of new assignment
· Assemble and proofread reports for Investigators / Engineer, providing quality control for grammar and punctuation prior to submitting reports to Manager for technical review and final approval
· Review project and colleague expense reports for accuracy before submitting to Manager for final approval
· Use Adobe Acrobat to bundle reports and exhibits for emailing to customers
· Maintain weekly due notice to coordinate Investigators / Engineers in meeting reports deadlines
· Notifies Investigators / Engineers via email if reports are late
· Review proformas for accurate information before final approval by Manager or Senior Project Coordinator
· Update ACT database with new clients and maintain accurate information on existing clients
· Maintain evidence database for evidence stored in Unified secured facility
· Invoice clients for evidence storage quarterly, bi-annually and annually
· Check weekly report batches for missing timesheets and WIP totals
· Handle collection of unpaid invoices
· Mails project and services packets to clients
· Ensures Investigators / Engineers have adequate supplies
· Maintain adequate supplies for the efficient operation
· Prepare shipments for FedEx
EDUCATION:
College degree; or equivalent experience may be substituted for degree
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years’ experience in project and/or administrative coordination positions
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
· Knowledge of web technology
· Excellent oral and written communication
· PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
