Business Process Specialist / Administrative support 
Duration:- 6 Month (Possibly extend)

Assist Consumer Care manager with projects and functional tasks 
Organize, track and support department projects 
Work with internal and external partners on process improvements, efficiencies, and resolving consumer product complaints 
Communicate with internal and external partners for issues reporting, status updates and resolution 

Skills needed 
3- 5 years relevant experience 
Bachelor’s degree required 
SAP knowledge and experience a must 
Microsoft Excel a must 
Project management knowledge a plus 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Critical thinking and analytical skills a must 
Exceptional organization skills
