Client Service Rep

Duration:  3-4 months with possible extension
Location: Lincoln, NE 68508

Client Service Rep 4 (Level 3) 

Location: Lincoln NE Hours: 8:30AM – 5PM CST M-F 
Roles and Responsibilities 
• Research and process client data concerns across all product verticals 
• Utilize all available resources to obtain and correct healthcare data for professionals and organizations 
• Develops the interpersonal skills necessary to build effective business relationships with clients and internal stakeholders 
• Answer support phone calls and use correct channel to resolve client request 
• Ensures accurate and timely communication of client concerns to meet service level agreements 
• Provides support to other team members 
• Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters 
Additional Requirements 
• Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel 
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients (written and oral) 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
