Assist in preparing, reviewing/booking routine customer orders/revisions to orders.
Assist in initiating sales orders/purchase orders to vendors according to customer requirements.
Assist in supporting account relationships to ensure timely shipment/billing of equipment.
Assist in evaluating profitability for sales orders in backlog. May assist in resolution of issues related to transaction quality.
Assist in the Pre-Sales customer sales support related to factory tours, product demonstrations or presentations, new product training, trade shows, field sales support, and pricing issues.
Assist in attaining documents required for construction jobs and state contracts.
Creating job folders for new orders. Maintain customer service calls and customer service database.
Creating forecast files of monthly forecast. Keep records of State and government ricing lists.
