Duration: 7-9months. Contract only
Job description:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable.
Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or payments research/offsetting highly desirable. Will not involve any actual collecting of money.
this person will be processing contract cancellations, using multiple tools (SAP and Salesforce mostly), issuing credit memo’s where applicable, and possibly offsetting credit memo’s to applicable invoices where applicable. It’s not simple data entry though, there is some research involved, and also ensuring we have the appropriate documentation and approvals to accept/process the cancellation.
We have a huge backlog of contract cancellation requests, and we need help digging out.
-Knowledge of basic accounting principles highly desireable.
