Project Support Specialist 3

Duration: 12 months- potential to convert into full time

Description:
 
The Project Support Specialist will provide support to Project Managers across several projects. 
Specific duties will include: 

- Management of all correspondence to /from customers 
- Assembling of contract deliverable packages for submittal to customers 
- Manage and maintain all project documentation using SharePoint or project specific repository. 

Must be able to concurrently support several projects. 

Experience with SAP in a product support/demand planning, including managing product deliveries to customers and management of returns and/or repairs to/from customers is preferred. 

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to ensure overall project success. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and enjoy working in a collaborative/team environment.
