Duration: 24 months

1. Clear Admin Queue (Daily) 
Items in this queue tend to be activities without a clear assignee, and this individual will be held accountable for: 
a. Identifying cause for missed assignment 
b. Address and role setup issues that caused the missed assignment 
c. Reassign the activity as appropriate 
2. Maintain Excel Integrity – publish to site admin (ad hoc) 
This is in reference to the Excel spreadsheet that is used to help identify the roles to be assigned, based on given criteria. As new/modified roles are identified, this spreadsheet will need to be kept updated and published. 
3. Detect role change issues and handle any needed reassignments (Daily) 
4. Unassigned role review (Weekly) 
The individual will have an Active Directory report that they can run which will help them identify and deal with exceptions 
5. Running the daily health reports to monitor case SLA and reacting to any that are related to role gaps by following defined “late” rules (Daily) 
Note that escalations for non-performance is expected to be performed by another individual in Marketing Operations 
6. Reassigning tasks for individuals who are unable to release on their own (Daily) 
Example: someone who is unexpectedly out and didn’t identify a proxy for their cases 
7. Run other audit reports -- to be shared by Patricio (daily) 
8. Train site and remote admin (ad hoc) 
9. Within workload capacity, take on agency users off-boarding process from Pam Shuman (Monthly) 
10. Own user role certification process, coordinating with Admin Assistants (Annually)
