Position: Customer Marketing Manager

Description:
The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for flawlessly executing an effective customer marketing & communication strategy.
The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible in driving marketing activity as well as managing our advance customer program.
Responsibilities:
• Build and implement effective customer communications strategy, including emails, events and customer programs
• Work with customer reference, referral and loyalty team. Identify top reference accounts and cultivate champions, work with PR and Content team to create strong customer case studies, quotes, references, stories
• Become expert in existing customer data & stories to help create effective marketing assets that can be leveraged by marketing organization
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of B2B marketing, or customer marketing, or customer success
• Excellent writing skills to develop content for regular customer communications
• Ability to think creatively while making decisions based on data
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced marketing environments
