Job Title: Contracts Admin
Duration: 6+months with possible extension
Location: Lincolnshire IL
Responsible for end to end processing of contract orders (purchase orders) in contract lifecycle management and entitlement systems, in order to ensure on-time customer entitlement to services and proper recognition of revenue from services contracts. Communicates with customers and sales to resolve issues. Follows and enforces internal processes and internal quality controls. Works in a highly transactional environment. Administration prevails over communication with clients.
Administers new service contracts within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) once Bookable Order Criteria has been met as required by specific position. - Processes contract orders, ensuring orders meet bookable criteria, clarifying business exceptions, works with customer to resolve any disputes, system data entry, acknowledging and invoicing the orders. - Ensures contract data has full integrity and compliance to all policies and procedures referring to entitlement in the system. - Works closely with the customers and management to resolve unbookable orders and other issues, and works diligently to clear the Unbookable Backlog. - Prepares data or details to be submitted to the invoicing team for actual invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of database software such as Oracle and Siebel and MS Excel

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience necessary.
