Invoicing Assistant (Part time)

Duration: :- 3 + months with possible extension
 Location: Oakland, CA  94612
Shift: PART TIME


There is potential that it will extend past three months


Hours: This is a part time position.
       Days worked will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
       Hours will be discussed upon being offered the role, as hours will need to align with the Invoicing specialist.


Description:
This resource will be working with an invoicing specialist to assist in invoice preparing, processing, and some reporting. Excel will be heavily utilized. 

Requirements:

Need to be proficient with Excel
Comfortable importing data and manipulating it 
Comfortable utilizing Auto Sum
Strong attention to detail 
Ability to work with others
At least 6 months to a 1 year of experience utilizing Excel
