Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – calendar management, ability to schedule conference rooms and manage calendars.
Looking for a go-getter who is highly organized and has strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Experience:
5 or more years of experience in position or specialisation.
Education:
High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.
Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests. Type correspondence, compile data for expense and statistical reports.
Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.
Coordinate space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files.
