Requirements
o Demonstrates appropriate and professional communications, both written and verbal, to internal and external personnel
o Utilizes appropriate technology to support effective communication (Laptop apps like Outlook and Lync, cellphone, and texting.)
o Mechanical background.
o Experience with medical imaging systems a plus.
Primary Job Function:
o General Reclamation and Harvest support
o Materials movement of product through facility
o Communication with scrap vendor on transactions
o Uncrating, removal of rigging, and organization of operations
o Safe removal of individual identified parts from complete medical imaging systems, and proper disposal/recycling of items not used for inventory
o Ensure all parts are removed properly, cleaned and labeled while remaining ESD compliant
o Ensure all parts are properly logged into AllPart’s ERP system
o Maintain harvested part production levels on a daily basis
o Collaborate with teammates to ensure an even workflow
o Perform secondary quality inspection checks for tested parts
o Assist in proper removal/recycling/scrapping of items not removed for inventory parts
o Assist the harvest team with any additional roles and responsibilities that are assigned
Compliance:
o Ability to become forklift certified
o Standing, sitting, and movement can be constant.
o Ability to Lift 50lbs.
o Safe operation of tools and machinery
o Ensure the Reclamation area is kept clean, organized, and clutter free.
o Collaborate with Q&R to sustain a quality-centric mindset to ensure compliance with all applicable FDA, ISO, and other regulations, as well as all APM/Philips documented policies & procedures.
o Ensure that daily valid ESD shoe compliance is maintained.
o Ensure all parts are handled with ESD compliance per training.
o Ensure that "instadose" meter is worn at all times around radiation emitting devices and that monthly readings are taken.
