Job Title: Service Support Specialist
Shift : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Conduct research, statistical reporting, analyze data.
Coordinate training and documentation compliance.
Responds to customer inquiries via hotline, emails, or other written forms in timely fashion; route and resolve information requests. Coordinates documentation change management in product lifecycle management system.
System administrator for electronic document management.
Facilitate weekly meetings and manage minutes.
Special projects as assigned.
