JOB SUMMARY:
Lead development and execution of strategic plan for internal corporate-wide and/or department-specific employee communications related to Global Business Services project; create and design all communications content, channels and deliverables; partner closely and support change management.
This individual will need the following competencies/experiences:
· Experience supporting large-scale business transformations and change management
· Strong communications planning and execution
· Experience with communicating to a global employee audience
· Professional presence to counsel, influence and challenge
· Strong and versatile writing skills (will want to see portfolio with examples showing range of writing across different mediums)
· Ability to do stakeholder analysis, audience segmentation, definition of messages and channel selection
· Ability to develop all GBS-related communications, including strategic presentations, executive memos, newsletters, microsite, infographic, manager toolkits, FAQ
· Project management skills
· Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel
· Graphic design experience (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred but not required
