Leads the learning management systems solution and implementation for the company. Provides oversight of e-learning curriculum, assessments, and other e-learning functions.
Leads the learning management systems solution and implementation for the company. Provides oversight of e-learning curriculum, assessments, and other e-learning functions.  Guides strategic direction and technological systems integration for talent management processes. Identifies organizational needs and implements coordinated programs for management, supervisory, and frontline development.
Designs, implements, manages, and assesses learning, learning management technology systems.  Ensures centralization and consolidation of learning systems, including identification and maintenance of company-wide learning solutions aligned to internal customer needs. (20%)
Provides project direction and oversight for building integrated automated learning systems  management components. (10%)
Provides oversight of learning e-curriculum, assessments, and e-learning suite. (10%)
Provides internal customer consulting on e-curriculum design, job profiles creation, and solution selection aligned to skill development needs. Oversees e-courseware development and custom courses for the company to ensure quality standards are met. (5%)
Partners with vendors to ensure appropriate talent management feature implementation and maintenance aligned to internal customer needs and systems. (5%)
Liaisons with IT and HRIS Departments to implement internal talent management components, such as custom report and analytics design.  Generates company-wide reports to capture efficiencies and value-add. (5%)
Delivers learning systems training upon request; develops enablement job aids; delivers webinars, coaches trainers and coordinators in cross-functional roles to run reports. (10%)
Establishes and maintains relationships with talent and learning management vendors, organizational consultants and other local and industry leaders to meet business needs.  Coordinates with vendors for timely e-learning / workshop / blended learning updates in learning systems. (5%)
Designs and executes corporate training programs for front-line supervisor development, new employee orientation, individual leadership development, and organizational development.  Ensures the quality of content and delivery of training and organizational development activities. (25%)
Prepares and implements operating budgets for areas of responsibility and operates within those guidelines.  Manages resources efficiently and effectively. (5%)
Key Internal:
Collaborates and works through the lateral networks of the company to establish requirements for and support systems solutions to learning and relevant talent management functions.  Must coordinate support requirements effectively and proactively with a Training Coordinator and Team Administrative Specialist.
Key External:         
Has regular contact with outside vendors and professional associations.
Education [Minimum education requirements needed to satisfactorily perform the D&R of the position.]
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Information Technology or related field.
Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Information Technology.
Direct Experience: 
Must have five (5) years’ experience in learning solutions evaluation and selection, learning technologies execution and management of learning systems.
