Video Production Specialist

Location- Lincolnshire IL
Duration 6 months  contract


Job Description – Video Production Specialist 

 Principal Accountabilities: 
• Managing all aspects of the video creation process, from pre-production concepting, scripts, storyboarding and timelines, to post-production editing 
• Identifying and managing outsourced production talent, including videographer, sound and lighting, and controlling the budget for each program 
• Manage final assets in a common digital asset management system 
• Work closely with internal clients in the global demand center, global product marketing, branding, public relations and internal communications to meet their video production needs 
• Lead the exploration of new and innovative video formats 
• 10+ years of experience with a proven record of producing high quality video content, from concepting to completion, at an agency or production company 
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Audition software 
• A record of success managing production teams and guiding a variety of video formats 
• Highly creative with the willingness to continually explore new creative paths 
• Demonstrating a collaborative, cross-functional approach for planning and problem solving 
• Successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills 
• Bachelor’s degree
