Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor / Recruiter
Duration: 12+ months with possible extension
-5+ years of technical recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
-Excellent process orientation; exceptional sourcing and interviewing skills; superior industry knowledge and excellent communication skills
-Proficient with MS Excel
-Must be organized; able to forecast future roles with the customer and manage requisition allocation to other recruiters supporting the account
-Able to develop content and present to smaller groups
-Drives for results; intellectual capacity; customer first; adaptable; personally effective
-Proven experience of successfully creating and implementing sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent for difficult and niche technical skillsets. Recruiter with 5+ years of experience; people for outside sales that can network and seek out passive candidates.
