Title: Order Manager
Duration: 6 Months + Extendable Contract
Location: Framingham MA
Work Hours: day time (flexible, start 7-9 am start time)
· Reviews customer feedback and identifies and processes any reported complaints according to the quality system procedures.
· Must be confident with using CRM systems such as SalesForce.com and also using spreadsheets.
· Strong MS Excel skills helpful.
· Will work mainly with Quality & Regulatory team as well as Customer Services.
· 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
· High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.
