Customer Service Rep

We have Job Opportunity for Customer Service Rep at Broomfield, CO with direct client 
Duration: 3 months. Contract To Hire    
Job description:
·         Hours 8-7pm will be working with Pacific coast clients 
·         Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships as you will be working on the portfolio conversion team. 
·         Answer customer telephone inquiries service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to technical/service areas. 
·         Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. 
·         Looking for a very organized person and also multitasked individual. 
·         Strong verbal communication skills. Must have strong experience and using Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. Will be entering accurate ten-key calculations and data entry. 
 Must have customer service experience and be dependable for the company.
·         Associates or 1yr customer service experience
